So, chances are, you live in a rental. I know I do. Which is great because you are at that point in your life and everything, but it seriously limits you in terms of home decor. Right?
I don't know if you agree, but one of the most neglected items of interior design is the master bed headboard. I mean, hand-me-down beds from relatives don't exactly always have the best design details. Also, headboard-less beds from department stores simply put against the back wall of the room sound all too familiar. Well, while browsing the interwebs, I found the above image. Drawing a headboard outline adds an instant focal point for the room and already looks more put-together.
Of course, you might need some artistic help from someone if you don't have a steady hand yourself, but how genius and simple is this? (Boys might choose an option other than neon pink, perhaps...!)
